GENERAL INFORMATION:
Any person wanting to register to the Conference should pre-register. Fill in the Pre-registration Form to get your password and user name back by email.

INFORMATION for PAPERS:
Authors presenting papers to 9th HSM Conference are required to submit them once the abstracts are accepted, using the Template that will be avalable in Microsoft Word Format in the private area. 

The goal of this template is to achieve uniformity in the papers appearing in the Conference on High Speed Machining. The typography, layout and style used in these instructions are exactly the same, as you should use when preparing your paper. The template explains how to prepare an electronic publishing version as well as a paper copy version. The papers will be printed ‘as is’. No final corrections will be made by the publisher.

The paper must be sent in pdf format. Use Adobe Acrobat/Distiller version 6 to create your pdf file. Do not send MSWord documents. Use a PC, not a Macintosh or a Unix workstation.

Please give special attention to the naming of your pdf file: The name must consist of the code assigned by the executive committee, which will be specified with the acceptance of the abstract, followed by an underscore and the surname of the first author e.g. B10_Ansola.pdf or C15_Zatarain.pdf.
Your paper is limited to six printed pages. In exceptional cases, the Editorial Committee may accept papers of up to eight printed pages.

English for the abstracts, papers, posters and oral communications.

DEADLINES:

• 30^th September 2011 - Extended deadline for abstract submission

• 10^th November 2011 - Notification of abstracts acceptance

• New date 5^th January 2012 - Submission of papers

• New date 26^th January 2012 - Notification of papers acceptance

• 1^st February 2012 - Deadline for submission of camera-ready papers

• 27^th February 2012 - Deadline for submission of audiovisual presentation
